About Carol Wilson

Carol Wilson is Honorary Vice President of and Head of Accreditation at the Association for Coaching, MD of Performance Coach Training in a joint venture with Sir John Whitmore, and a BBC accredited coach.

An international speaker, writer and broadcaster, Carol specialises in leadership and coaching programmes for organisations all over the world, including IKEA, NCR, CLM 2012 Olympic Delivery Partner and the BBC.

A qualified Clean Language practitioner, Carol has incorporated David Grove's techniques into her coaching and training for several years. She has collaborated with David on translating his Emergent Knowledge  techniques into clear structures for use by coaches and other practitioners who have no training in therapy.

Carol was nominated for the Association for Coaching  Awards of Influence and Impact in Coaching.
