Our complete programme of Clean Coaching distance learning is ILM endorsed, which means we meet the standards for training and assessment as approved and verified by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
ILM is a government funded awarding body for general and specialist management qualifications. It is the leadership arm of City & Guilds, which awards NVQ qualifications and its awards are recognised nationally and internationally. All of our courses are recognised by the ILM either as Endorsed or Development training.
You can learn more about ILM here: www.i-l-m.com
Successful candidates who apply for accreditation will receive an ILM Endorsed or Development certificate on completion of their course, marking their professional development, along with 6 month's free studying membership of ILM, offering them access to a wealth of expert information, advice and support services to maximise their training experience and encourage CPD.
To apply for accreditation, students must first complete all three modules of both the Clean Coaching with EK and Clean Language for Coaches distance learning programme. During this process you are continually assessed after your recorded practice sessions and if you apply for accreditation your assessments will be formalised into a written report to highlight your level of competency in the critical areas required for Clean Coaching.
